Is FlowNavi really no-code?
Yes. Building and publishing guides is no-code. Caveat: some advanced use cases need developer setup (same as Appcues).
What does Appcues do that FlowNavi doesn't?
Two things, mainly: mobile app support and extra delivery channels. Appcues has mobile SDKs, making it possible to run experiences inside native iOS and Android apps. Second, the same behavioral triggers that show in-app messages can also send emails or push notifications. FlowNavi is web-only and focused on in-app guides. If you need native mobile support, email, or push notifications, Appcues is the better fit. If you need in-app guidance on the web, FlowNavi covers it.
What happens if I outgrow my plan?
Starter is capped at 1,000 MAU, so once you grow past that you move up to Growth, which scales with your usage. Our team reaches out to help you land on the right tier. We won't cut off access or add surprise charges automatically.
What counts as a monthly active user (MAU)?
A MAU is any unique user identified via the FlowNavi snippet during a calendar month, counted by the user ID you pass in when you initialize FlowNavi. Users who don't trigger any guides still count if they're identified.
