What counts as a monthly active user (MAU)?
A MAU is any unique user who is identified via the FlowNavi snippet during a calendar month. When you initialize FlowNavi, you pass in your user's ID, which is used to uniquely count them. Users who don't trigger any FlowNavi content still count if they are identified.
