AI balance and message costs

On top of your plan, each reply from FlowNavi’s AI support agent is paid for from your AI balance. To see your balance, go to AI Support Agent or Billing.
What a message costs
Most messages cost $0.05–$0.06, so 1,000 messages come to about $50–$60. Nearly all messages cost between $0.04 and $0.10. The cost depends on the length of the help articles the agent uses to answer: longer articles cost more.

Testing under AI Support Agent → Preview doesn’t cost AI balance.
What adds to your balance
- Your free trial includes $5.
- Your plan includes $10 every month. On a quarterly plan, you get $30 for 3 months.
- You can add more at any time: go to Billing and choose Add balance.
Your balance never expires. What you don’t use one month is still there the next.
When your balance runs out
Your users can’t get answers from the agent until you add balance, but they can still reach your team. To get it answering again, go to Billing and choose Add balance.
